GS-TCV Telemetry Units
The GS-TCV Transceiver units are optimized for digital data telemetry applications. These units meet the stringent ETSI 300.113 high-level data transmission specifications. Seven element YAGI antennas, with gain of 10 dB are used. The BLR-S4A is an optimized l/4-wave shorting stub to protect from high voltages induced by electromagnetic pulses. Highest quality HF cable and connectors are used to insure minimum signal loss, optimum performance and reliable digital Telemetry links in all conditions. Data rates of 4800, 9600 an 19200 Baud are available. The transceivers can be programmed using a PC.

GS-SSR Spread Spectrum Telemetry Transceiver
I-Series 2.4 GHz radio, from the FreeWave Technologies, offers versatility and ease of use in a variety of locations and applications. The professional radio is available in a ruggedized milled aluminum enclosure, with Type-N connectors. The wireless RS-232 spread spectrum data radios provide reliable long range data communications. Using the superior frequency hopping spread technology, these radios are capable of uncompressed data rates up to 115.2 KBaud over distances of 30 km or more, depending on the line of sight, meeting the data communications needs in the seismic networks which are frequently split over vast areas. These radios have been used in several projects for data transmission successfully by GeoSIG.
